Working in this team the 数字业务分析师 will support and champion the product vision, 策略 and roadmap ensuring it aligns with the company vision, 策略, and business goals – working with the AJ Bell product development team and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of continuous improvements, 新产品 & 功能.

The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • 支持 the Product Development team in translating business requirements and defining the product requirements for each change project
  • Write detailed product specifications and user stories for the web and app development teams
  • Work with the technical teams to agree designs for new product enhancements, gathering feedback from the relevant business teams where appropriate
  • Provide support to the mobile app and web development teams through testing and accepting development items in Jira and answering queries
  • Investigate and respond to product queries raised by customers and business teams, creating bug fixes for the relevant development teams where appropriate
  • Ensure product changes are compliant and that there has been input from the Compliance and Technical teams
  • Liaise with Marketing colleagues where appropriate
  • Perform other tasks as agreed with the Product Development Man年龄r or Senior Product Development Man年龄r.

Competence, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the FCA regulatory framework
  • Advanced competencies in business analysis
  • Competent and experienced in utilising different approaches and techniques to deliver change within different methodologies including agile
